Hi, Must apologize i post this message in english and not in german, can read german only am very poor in writing it. Now some of you might have noticed that i can some other Dutch pilots fly regularly militairy flights. For this we sometimes use the militairy TACAN route system, it's an aiway system just like the normal civil airways/routes. You'll get routes in the FP like this: EHV DCT MILGI TB6 BUE DCT EPINO The tacan route in this example from EHEH to EDDF is "TB6" which is pronounced as "TACAN BLUE SIX". First T = TACAN second is a colour, eg. B = BLUE, R = RED, G =Green For a chart of the TACAN routes in Germany see: http://www.mil-aip.de/mil_aip/part2_..._6/enr6_13.pdf For other charts the whole mil AIP of germany can be found at: http://www.mil-aip.de This all just to let you know a bit more about these route. Remarks, questions? just let me know. Regards, Marcel Ritzema Dutch FlyMil Group |

Hello Marcel, one thing I noticed. EPINO is not a vaild STAR-Entry for EDDF. I am not so familiar with military routes, but I think the route has to end at a STAR or Transition that is also used by the civil aircrafts. So I think the route example has to end at OSMAX. So I think the Route should like this EHV DCT MILGI TB6 NOR DCT OSMAX I think NOR will be the last point on the Route, because BUE is not on the TB6 and it also is more in the south than OSMAX , so you would fly first to the south and then back to the north. EDIT: I just noticed the original posting is from 2003. So I think in 2003 the given route was valid but now it is not anymore. EDIT2: Have moved this into the "Military Ecke"
