ETNL starting Service! - VACC-SAG Forum

Dear Pilots,

the Berlin FIR is proud to announce a new airfiled staffed from this evening (10.04.07) on.
ETNL Rostock-Laage Air Base will be staffed with ATC, we're start with APP and (hopefully) TWR. Further we also plan staffing for the PAR-position. About this we will make an extra announcement.

Out target is a regular weekly staffing with at least APP.
Also the ED-R206/306 Mecklenburg and the ED-D47A,B and C Ruegen will be activated through the whole April for test purposes with a squadron of the vUSAFE.

--> All military (and of course civil too) pilots are invited to take part and fly in the beautiful north-east of Germany

I think i'll give it a go tonigt. So expect 1 F-16. Maybe 2 or 3, depends on the other pilots this evening.

Hi, no pics from my side, but i had a great time.
Departed in 2 ship formation and made a hold over HAM so that we could join with the NATO16 inbound ETNL. After the first lineup the split up for some circuits.

Great ATC this evening. thanks
