[07.05] Regional Fly-in: EHRD & EHKD

Another month, another RFI! On Wednesday, the 7th of May there will be another edition of Regional Airports Fly-in (RFI). The RFI is traditionally the night on which we forget all about Schiphol Airport completely and concentrate on The Netherlands' regional airports instead! This month Rotterdam (EHRD) and De Kooy (EHKD) will be staffed from at least 17:30 till 20:30 UTC!

Rotterdam and the Kooy are very suitable for helicopter flights. So why don't you take that challenge, and fly to an oil-platform? Charts of the regional airports can be obtaind in the charts section of the website. Amsterdam Radar will be online as well. Flight plans to/from regional airports can be found in the VATroute flightplan system.

We hope we may welcome you all on these regional airports!

Some additional info about the Kooy Naval Air Station:
- It has a small runway (1275 x 30 meters)
- maximum civil traffic Emb-145 class
- maximum military traffic C-130/C-160 class
- no x-servicing available for jet-fighters
