[29.01] Guarulhos REAL OPS

Welcome to VATBRZ's Sao Paulo Guarulhos RealOps Event. On January 26th, we will be simulating real-world operations at Sao Paulo Guarulhos International Airport (SBGR/GRU). The event will take place from 17:00 to 00:00 local time (1900Z to 0200Z)
A list of real-world flights has been compiled and pilots are welcome to book any flight on the list to their leisure. Use the same callsign, the same aircraft,the same gate, and the same departure time as in the real-world list. Brasilia FIR and Curitiba FIR will be fully staffed! Neighbouring FIRs will also be staffed in order to facilitate the traffic flow into Guarulhos.
Participation is easy, just go to the booking web page and select your flight. You can book an arrival and a departure if you desire (turn-around), just like in real-world operations!

The procedures applicable to this event are posted on this webpage. The procedures for this event are made simple, in order to be accessible to pilots of various level of experience.
