Shanghai vACC and VATROC will jointly hold another event across the Taiwan Strait on December 8, 2007....

Mainland-Taiwan direct charter flight has now entered the 3rd year of operation in real world. The charter is more convenient and viable option designed for business travelers from both sides of the Taiwan Strait to travel back to their hometowns during holiday seasons; this was not available until 2005 when authorities have approved the operations of such flights. The charter flights are very popular during Chinese New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, and National Day as it provides a direct pathway for travelers to fly across the strait.

This year's event will feature three major airports in eastern Asia: Shanghai Pudong (ZSPD), Xiamen Gaoqi (ZSAM), and Taipei Taoyuan
(RCTP). The event will last from 1200z to 1600z with fully-staffed

Na so großartig war das leider nicht!
Ich bin von Shanghai aus nach Taipei gestartet. In Shanghai war auch noch guter und professioneller ATC vorhanden, doch leider musste ich selber in RCTP landen. Ich habe mich direkt mit dem Organisator des Events in Verbindung gesetzt und er sagte mir, dass ATC zugesagt war, aber leider keiner Online kommt.

Er wollte jetzt einmal ein Wörtchen mit denen reden

Na hoffentlich macht er sie nicht so nieder, dass sie nie mehr online kommen

Taipei ist doch immer wieder ein schöner Airport zum hinfliegen
