Hello there dear friends,

Beograd FIR has planned for this friday, 1st of december an online evening where we will staff all of our facilities, well almost all

You may expect 2 sectors of control (LYBA_N_CTR, LYBA_S_CTR)
Beograd tower and approach (LYBE_TWR, LYBE_APP)
Podgorica Approach (LYPG_APP)
Podgorica Tower and Tivat Tower (LYPG_TWR, LYTV_TWR)

May i say also that Tivat airport (LYTV) has one of most dangerous approaches in Europe due to hills sourounding and strong crosswinds due to sea very close by.
so if you feel up to it, download charts and give it a try.

If you plan on flying to LYPG and LYTV, CHARTS WILL BE A MUST HAVE because Podgorica and Tivat are NON-RADAR areas and procedural flying is only in use.

As for Belgrade airport, i am sure you are all familiar with it, you may expect great and professional ATC service for 4 hrs in entire Serbia-Montenegro.

So if you want to try something new perheaps this friday come:

Between 1900-2300UTC to Serbia and Montenegro virtual Area Control Center and enjoy.
