[23.12.05] Amsterdam Schiphol - Real OPS Night

Hello everyone!

On Friday, the 23rd of December, Dutch VACC does it again! A new
edition of Friday Nite Fly-in, our very own real operations night, based on
real traffic movements of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. The fly-in will be
held between 18:00 and 23:00 UTC.

Schiphol is the 4th busiest airport in Europe and home to world's oldest
airline: KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. Every day hundreds of flights arrive
and depart from Schiphol Airport, many of them using Schiphol as transfer
airport. What is unique about Schiphol is that -contrary to it's
"compatitors" LHR, CDG and FRA- the airport is used for scheduled services,
charter flights and many low-cost airlines, too. This is a unique and
interesting mix of traffic, which we will try to simulate during Friday
Nite Fly-in!

The intention is that pilots book a flight through our automatic pilot
registration system. They can book more flights, but flights may not
overlap each other in time, of course!

Registered pilots will receive a briefing including the original, REAL
WORLD FLIGHTPLAN of their selected flight(s)!!

Naturally, the Dutch VACC takes care of full ATC staffing. Our friendly
but highly professional controllers will make sure this is an "as real
as it gets" experience that you'll never forget!

I also thought to take this flight, but I have to take the full ATC, so I've booked the short flights

Wie lässig, ich flieg mal wieder die DLH5A von Schiphol nach Frankfurt... aber irgendwer hat mir den Rückflug weggeschnappt... gemein.

Weiss jemand, wo noch ATC ist, dann würd ich ein Dreieck machen, also zB Schiphol, Frankfurt, München <insert your favourite atc-covered airport here>, Schiphol oder sowas.

Hoppsa, hat sich schon erledigt. Ich nehm die DLH4JT von München nach Amsterdam. Das wird n ganz schön stressiger Abend :-)

Ich gehe davon aus, dass auch ungebuchte (weil nicht in RL-vorhanden - welche "Reach" wird schon gebucht?) Flüge teilnehmen können?
