[10.09.05 1800Z-2100Z LHBP] Budapest Fly-In

Dear Pilots and Controllers!

VACC Hungary is going to organize it's first after-summer party on the 10th of September, from 1800Z until 2100Z! We expect huge traffic during these 3 hours, you may also plan your flight even today for this period of time!

It will be a really special event for You and for us as well for the following reasons:

1. you can expect full staff at Budapest-Ferihegy (LHBP) airport - except our poor CTR+ who will handle the whole Approach position alone
2. the brandnew real SID and transition procedures (with brandnew ATC positions) are going to be used during the event. We haven't test the tracks with high density traffic, so you can expect a bit more excited APP controller on his position!
3. pilots should download latest charts (www.vacchun.hu) and AIRACs (www.navdata.at) to keep up themselves and FMCs up to date. Scenery is downloadable from this link: http://karom.srv.hu/sim/lhbp.zip
4. our virtual beer is still as free as it was :]

If you haven't flown to Budapest in the past, please give our staff a bit challange between 1800Z and 2100Z with your arrival or departure and - of course! - enjoy yourself in the mess of planes (however we really hope there won't be any traffic jam:])! If you've, you can expect the professional service as always!
